Foxborough may or may not be the best site for a destination resort, but Steve Wynn and Bob Kraft need to be more forthcoming than they were in their odd debut.

I've never tried but I bet it's tough writing on white cloth napkins made out of the finest Egyptian cotton.
Did Kraft really say something along the lines of he wants to do this to ensure the long term future stability of Foxboro/the region and the money he would make out of this deal would either go to charity or the US Government? Really Bob? Are we supposed to buy into that? Are you going to be the first businessman ever to not profit off a huge land deal? I was born at night but not last night.
let's not attack a business man who sees an opportunity. The horse was let out of the barn the minute the state sanctioned the casino business. As long as Wynn-Kraft pursue their license accoring to process, they should be granted the same hearing as others. I think the real issue is the Boston/Eastie/Revere pols got blindsided by this proposal. Let the "games" begin. Lobbying firms loaded up with x-pols feasting at the trough, towns/cities throwing property tax credits at big corporations, additional government agencies whose payrolls will be stuffed with friends and relatives; all with the end game of building money extraction factories. This what the sate has brought onto us. Don't blame Kraft for pursuing a now legal opportunity. Blame our political leaders for taking what they thought was an easy way out.
speaking of fair and balanced reporting brian. how bout asking some questions about the relationship between the troika of deleo, our former bag man turned mayor and the fields family involved in suffolk downs. besides both campaign and charitable contributions to the powers that be, what exactly is expected in return that will benefit the good people of both suffolk county and the state. oh i forgot, you have a thing of asking questions of the status woe. sorry, i forgot. ma
How incredibly naive of you, Brian, to think these guys are going to submit to full disclosure. They're so crafty they know all they have to do is have their little diplomatic chitty-chat, smile for the camera, then close the doors and do the deals.
