Conley. William McAbee, 57, was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, and unlawfully discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling, prosecutors said. They said McAbee admitted to opening fire on the rats when police responded Nov. 20.
