Cardinal urges concern for less fortunate

O’Malley plans appearances over holidays

The Cardinal for the Archdiocese of Boston is expected to share his Christmas message with the city sometime in the next few days. Though he hasn’t given his Christmas homily yet, Cardinal Seán P. O’Malley wants people to remember to care for each other this holiday season. “We have an opportunity at Christmas time to care for those less fortunate,’’ said Terrence C. Donilon, spokesman for the Archdiocese.
