Forecasts call for sunny, chilly day

It will be mostly sunny today, though it will be quite chilly -- temperatures will be about normal, in the 30s to lower 40s, but strong winds will make the day seem colder than that, according to the National Weather Service in Taunton. Tuesday will stay sunny, with temperatures warming up to about 50. Tuesday night, however, heavy rain will hit Boston, lasting through mid-morning Wednesday. Interior regions in Massachusetts could see a rain-snow mix, forecasters said.
