Man, baby die in Weymouth crash

A man and an infant died yesterday after their car veered off the road into a wooded median on Route 3 in Weymouth, State Police said. Both victims were taken to South Shore Hospital where they were pronounced dead shortly after their arrival, according to David Procopio, State Police spokesman. Procopio said the accident occurred near the Route 18 exit and that neither the man nor the infant were ejected from the car.
