Forecasters warn of snow squalls, strong winds

The National Weather Service is warning drivers to use caution during today’s morning commute because moist air and dropping temperatures may cause black ice and fog conditions around Massachusetts. In a special weather statement, the Taunton-based meteorologists said that the rainy and snow conditions from earlier this week could freeze over today.
