Boston police arrest suspect in slaying of 17-year-old in 2007

A 22-year-old man was arrested by Boston police this morning on charges of murdering a teenager who was walking home from school when he was shot to death in 2007, authorities said. The Suffolk County district attorney’s office said Andre McNeil will be arraigned in Roxbury District Court this afternoon on a homicide charge stemming from the Nov. 14, 2007, shooting death of 17-year-old David Jones.
