Beverly man arrested for dealing oxycodone pills in Quincy

A 24-year-old Beverly man is facing drug trafficking charges after an arrest by Quincy police Monday netted 83 grams of oxycodone. Starling Toribio was arrested on Densmore Street around 4:30 p.m. Monday. According to Quincy Police Captain John Dougan, Quincy Police worked with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration to identify Toribio as a “large-scale oxycodone distributor” in the area.
