Man struck by commuter rail train dies

A man was struck and killed by a commuter rail train in Haverhill early this morning, according to the MBTA. Jeffrey Fraza, who was about 25 to 30 years old, was pronounced dead at the scene, T spokeswoman Lydia Rivera said in an email this morning. No other details were available. Fraza was on the train right of way when he was hit at about 1:24 a.m. near Winter and Stevens streets, Rivera said.
