Aspiring Kennedy welcomed at a party caucus in Newton

Joseph P. Kennedy III’s candidacy for office may still be uncertain - but you would never know it, judging from the voters at yesterday’s Democratic caucus. Kennedy, who is considering a bid for the congressional seat being vacated by Democrat Barney Frank, made an appearance at Newton South High School to shake hands and meet potential supporters. Elizabeth Warren, who is challenging Republican Senator Scott Brown in the next election, also came to the caucus.

The sheep in this state are amazing. Just because he is a Kennedy his numbers are through the roof.

The story mentions that Elizabeth Warren was also at the Democratic caucus. I wonder if the other TWO candidates for the Senate seat- Marissa DeFranco and Janmes King- were also there? Oddly enough they were not mentioned. It is almost as if the GLOBE has already elected Elizabeth Warren. I don't know about you, but I would like some info on these two. What are they doing? What are their plans? What were their childhoods like? Where do they stand on the issues and why have they formed those opinions.

From the article: "Joseph P. Kennedy III's candidacy for office may still be uncertain . . ." Oh sure. Maybe we should hire Sherlock Holmes to figure out what young Joe is going to do? I'll go out on a limb and make a prediction. In fact, I'll make several. Joe will run. Joe will win - regardless of his opposition, his positions, his intellect, his performance during the campaign or anything else short of manslaughter. No wait, that wouldn't make any difference either. Joe will win for the same reason he will run; first, because his last name is Kennedy and second because the voters of Massachusetts would vote for a baboon if it were a part of the Kennedy clan. It must be tough on Joe, who may be best man or woman for the job, to know that his qualifications and accomplishments, whatever they may be, will have little to do with his electability in Massachusetts.

Why don't the Democrats in this state just save a ton of money and put only those on the ballot that the DNC tellls them to. And why does theGlobe automatically name them front runners. The poll for Kennedy was taken from those who still have landlines with out caller ID.
