Two girls from Lynn English High School who were involved in a fight that was recorded and uploaded to YouTube have been summoned to court, Carrie Kimball-Monahan, spokeswoman for the Essex district attorney’s office said in an e-mail. Members of the Lynn School Committee had called for disciplinary action for students who participated in, watched, or recorded the fight between the girls at the Cook Street Playground. The eight-minute clip, called “Lynn english high school fights,’’ was posted on YouTube Saturday. The video appears to show the students fighting while several peers watch, cheer, and film the altercation on their cellphones.
