Police arrest man in 17-year-old stabbing case after he was found drinking near a college

A Chelsea man was arrested Monday after officers found him sipping from a bottle of cognac near the Chelsea campus of Bunker Hill Community College, authorities said. When they ran the man’s fingerprints, they discovered that he was wanted on a 1995 warrant charging him with armed assault with intent to murder and armed assault with intent to maim.
