Luzmila Garcia sat in the Cleveland Circle Dunkin’ Donuts yesterday, trying to keep warm as friends and family members spent a second day distributing fliers featuring her 21-year-old son, Boston College Franco Garcia, who hasn’t been seen since early Wednesday morning. The West Newton mother, who wore a string of rosary beads around her neck, said her son is intelligent, hard-working, and responsible. He’s never gone this long without checking in with her.
