Man accused of outburst at Mattapan trial tells his story

He says actions in court were ‘taken out of context’

The man who disrupted the Mattapan massacre trial last week in Suffolk Superior Court, calling a key prosecution witness a “snitch” and a “rat bastard,” said today he is related to one of the victims in the quadruple slaying and was in the courtroom to support the victims’ families. Dennis Jones, 45, of Dorchester, commented as he was waiting to be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court on a charge of witness intimidation. He said his words were taken “out of context.” “I’m subject to respond to emotion just like every human being,” he said. “That’s what happened. Listening to the whole thing brought it back up.” Jones said he was the cousin of Eyanna Flonory, who was shot to death, along with her son, 2-year-old Amanihotep Smith, and two men in September 2010.

Why would he be criticizing someone for testifying against the people who killed his family???? The ghetto will never change with behavior and attitudes like this.

If Fidelity would just give summer jobs to these guys, all the crime would go away. Just ask the governor and the mayor.
