About 50 people attended a vigil Sunday for Boston College student Franco Garcia, who went missing 12 days ago, at Our Lady of the Assumption Parish in East Boston. Parishioners bowed their heads in prayer as two performers played acoustic guitars and a pan flute, music from Garcias’ native Peru.
