N.H. jurors begin deliberations in genocide case

CONCORD, N.H. - Jurors are deliberating two radically different portrayals of a New Hampshire woman prosecutors say orchestrated rapes and killings during the 1994 Rwanda genocide then lied on applications to enter the United States and obtain citizenship.

Her lawyers say Beatrice Munyenyezi of Manchester is the victim of lies by Rwandan witnesses who never before implicated her through nearly two decades of investigations and trials, even when testifying against her husband and mother-in-law.
