Longtime Cambridge city councilor Henrietta Davis was recently voted mayor by her peers, four months after they were all reelected. Those who had hoped that the election might bring some change to the city - especially in the wake of the disastrous Malvina Monteiro retaliation case - should probably think again. Davis has been a staunch supporter of longtime city manager Robert Healy, who has emerged unscathed despite losing a $10 million lawsuit.
