On Monday, less than 24 hours after allegedly trying to kill her children and setting her apartment on fire in a large public housing complex, Tanicia Goodwin appeared in Salem District Court and pleaded not guilty to two counts of armed assault with intent to murder, two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and arson.
