Let’s give sexual abuse justice time

If timing is everything, Kathy Picard’s is lousy. Twice she has been denied the ability to hold her alleged abuser accountable. Massachusetts is one of the few states that has a statute of limitations that allows sexual offenders to hide behind something called a calendar.
