Authorities say two people have been arrested in connection with the disappearance last week of a Worcester teenager. Worcester District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr. said Thursday that James Howze, 19, of Providence and Lara Corey, 22, of Westborough were arrested Wednesday night in the Albany, N.Y., suburb of Colonie. Early said that both are charged with car theft and that Howze is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, a knife. The alleged victim, 19-year-old Joseph Webster, has not been found since his family reported him missing March 14. Early said investigators discovered that Webster and the suspects had been at a motel in Northborough, and evidence there led to the charges. (AP)
