Norfolk DA organizes conference on child exploitation

A conference in Canton today aims at training law enforcement and other officials on the warning signs displayed by victims of sex exploitation. There have been numerous cases highlighted recently in the media of girls lured or trapped into sex servitude, including one last May in which a Dorchester man, Norman S. Barnes allegedly picked up a 15-year-old girl from her high school and over 10 days, forced her to have sex with numerous men at a Quincy hotel.
