Catherine Greig’s sister asks court to release lien

The twin sister of Catherine Greig is trying to protect her South Boston home from any fines that could be imposed on Greig because of her agreement to plead guilty to charges that she harbored notorious gangster James “Whitey” Bulger. Margaret McCusker filed pleadings Tuesday in US District Court in Boston asking Judge Douglas P. Woodlock to release a lien placed on her home on East Fourth Street in South Boston.
