sorry all you good north end residents. the urinators and the vomiters together with their good buddies who own the food places and bars and their SPECIAL FRIENDS at city hall, which means only the entire city council and the blithering nitwit ex bagman turned mayor and the local dregs at the state house will make sure NOTHING IS DONE to protect that quaint quality of life which includes said urinators and upchuckers. in fact, the only thing that is UP in this formerly proud and once great city are the CHUCKERS. ma

Its always a few dozen drunken morons who ruin it for everyone. When I stayed in the N E before I rescued my GF and took her to the North Shore, we always slept with construction-grade foam earplugs or we'd be awaken every night after 1 AM. If it didn't rain hard overnight, it would stink like New Orleans. These quality of life issues are the hardest to solve.

Sad story about a beautiful and unique section of Boston. Civility is dead.

Ok, and after the North End, Please have the B.P.D. start brooming the the morons running around, hooting and howling, in South Boston. I been through quieter Riots in my life time!

The North End is really going downhill now that they yell: "Richarrrrrd" instead of "Anthonyyyyyyy". Where are the Anguilos when you need them?

Why is the owner of Bova's complaining? He makes TONS of money off late night drunk people getting food at his bakery.

Bova is open 24 hours because the are making bread during the night. They stay open because of that. They could not live on what they sell from midnight to 6AM.

30 Years ago, no kid in his right mind would risk getting "disciplined" by the residents of the North End. Clearly, the North Enders have become "Soft". Maybe these kids need to learn a lesson, and learn it the old fashioned way.
