Former mayor Flynn voices support for Brown, Romney

Former Boston Mayor Ray Flynn reaffirmed his support for US Senator Scott Brown’s reelection and former Governor Mitt Romeny’s presidential bid during a television interview aired over the weekend.

Flynn, former US ambassador to the Vatican, is a Democrat. But his support for the two Massachusetts Republicans is not new. He backed Brown over Attorney General Martha Coakley in 2010 and he backed Romney in the New Hampshire primary.
