Wareham scoutmaster accused of indecent assault on child

Wareham police arrested an assistant scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts for inappropriately touching a child, the department said today. Joshua Roe, 25, of Wareham was arrested Tuesday morning and arraigned in Wareham District Court later that day on two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, according to police. Roe was released today after his $10,000 bail was posted. He is due back in court May 3.
