Brown, wife unhurt in two-car accident

SUV carrying pair swerved to avoid truck and hit pole

US Senator Scott Brown and his wife, former WCVB-TV reporter Gail Huff, were involved in a minor accident in Dedham as passengers in a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by a Senate aide, Brown’s office said Friday night. No one was injured in the accident, which occurred while the couple was en route to an evening fundraiser for Best Buddies, an organization that provides friendship and employment opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
