N.H. prosecutor seeks raid warrant

Preparations continued apace on Monday for the funeral of Michael Maloney, the Greenland, N.H., police chief killed last Thursday. Two of the four officers wounded Thursday in a bloody shooting remained in the hospital, officials said. Senior Assistant Attorney General Jane Young said she planned to ask a court to release the original search warrant affidavit which explains what police were searching for at the home of Cullen Mutrie when he open fire on them.
