Foxborough man pleads not guilty to threats over casino

Official took out restraining order

A Foxborough man pleaded not guilty Tuesday to charges that he told Selectman Mark Sullivan he was “a dead man’’ if he doesn’t drop his opposition to a casino in town. Michael Viscardi was arrested Monday after a series of weekend incidents that began with verbal attacks on Sullivan, who lives on the same street. Viscardi is being held of $5,000 bail, and returns to court for a pre-trial hearing on May 17.
