Police knew suspect was armed before fatal raid in N.H.

Police were searching for “Perc 30’s’’ and cocaine at the home of Cullen Mutrie when he allegedly opened firing, killing the Greenland, N.H. police chief and wounding four other officers, according to newly released documents. Mutrie died at the scene, after apparently shooting himself and his girlfriend, Brittany Tibbetts, who police also suspected of dealing drugs from the house, the documents show. The documents shed light on why the law enforcement officials were at the house when gunfire erupted.
