Scott Brown strikes more partisan tone in national fundraising appeal

There are few Republicans who enjoy showing up at a White House bill-signing ceremony with President Obama as much as US Senator Scott Brown, who is trying to bolster his bipartisan credentials in a tough reelection campaign. But his fundraising, which depends on support from more conservative national Republicans, may be a different story. In an email to supporters asking for money, Brown strikes a more conservative tone, and emphasizes that he could impact which party controls the Senate.
