A bone-crushing bodycheck in a high school hockey game was determined not to be a criminal act. That was the verdict that emerged Friday afternoon, after a Plymouth District Court clerk magistrate declined to issue criminal charges against the Scituate High School hockey player who delivered a hard hit hit to a Duxbury player during a game in January.
