Man indicted in murder of sisters

A Suffolk grand jury returned indictments on Friday charging a man - who authorities believe has fled the country - in the 2011 shooting deaths of two sisters in their Dorchester apartment, Suffolk District Attorney Daniel F. Conley said. Jean Weevins Janvier, 30, whose last known address is in Dorchester, is charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the Nov. 14 deaths of Judith Emile, 23, and her sister, Stephanie, 21, according to Conley’s office.
