Aquinnah tribe names partner for casino plans

The Wampanoag Tribe of Aquinnah on Monday announced that it has selected KMD Consulting Services, of California, as its development partner for a tribal casino in Southeastern Massachusetts. KMD has worked on casino projects in California and Nevada, and is currently working with the Menominee Tribe to develop a casino in Wisconsin, according to the Aquinnah. The Aquinnah tribe also hosted an open house in Freetown to push its casino plans.
