Woman arrested in fatal Fla. crash

The woman accused of crashing her car into a poolside cabana in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., killing a Medford woman and her unborn child, had a blood-alcohol level three times above the legal limit, police said. Rosa Rivera Kim was speeding in March when her car jumped a curb, crossed a sidewalk, and crashed through the side of the cabana, according to police. DeMella, seven months pregnant, died at the scene. Kim was arrested Wednesday on two counts of driving under the influence manslaughter and one count of DUI property damage.
