Man charged with crashing car into State Police cruiser in downtown Boston

A Dorchester man was arrested early this morning after he allegedly ran his car into a State Police cruiser in downtown Boston and continued to drive before stopping. Leonidas Joachim, 24, was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor and making an unsafe lane change, State Police said this morning. Joachim was released on personal recognizance and is expected to be arraigned today in Boston Municipal Court.
