Showers scattered through forecast; Saturday expected to be sunniest day ahead
The weather will be a mixture of rain, sun, clouds, and wind through early next week, National Weather Service forecasters say, with Saturday bringing the brightest sunshine. Scattered showers will likely pop up across the state Thursday and Friday. Highs today will be in the mid- to upper 70s, while Friday will be partly cloudy with temperatures also in the 70s. After a sunny Saturday, with temperatures in the mid-80s, more light showers will likely appear Sunday and into next week.
