Man in his 20s shot in Dorchester

A man in his 20s was fatally shot Thursday night in Dorchester, police said. Officer James Kenneally, a spokesman for Boston police, said that the call for the shooting on Leyland Street came in at about 7:40 p.m. and that no arrests have been made. Kenneally did not identify the victim. Neighbors told a reporter they heard seven or eight shots.
