A motorcycle dealership that launches fund-raisers with the start of New Hampshire Motorcycle Week has announced a new one: a summer-long effort to raise $25,000 to support theater arts. Laconia Harley-Davidson is raffling off a 2012 Street Glide motorcycle. Proceeds will support the expansion of The Winnipesaukee Playhouse’s Meredith campus. The goal is to sell 2,500 tickets for $10 each. The playhouse is a nonprofit group that develops and stages professional and community-based theatrical productions. Over the past three years, Laconia Harley-Davidson has raised nearly $100,000 in support of nonprofits, including the Loon Preservation Society and the New Hampshire Food Bank.
