Boston police arrested a 55-year-old man Wednesday in the stabbing of another man near 175 Federal St., a department spokesman said. Officer James Kenneally said officers responded shortly before 6 p.m. and found a man who had been stabbed several times. He was taken to Tufts Medical Center, Kenneally said. Several witnesses described the incident to police, who arrested John Barboza of Boston and charged him with assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon, a knife.
