State health officials say they have confirmed four more cases of hepatitis involving patients at Exeter Hospital. The Department of Health and Human Services said the latest cases match the strain of hepatitis C recently diagnosed in 10 people who had been treated at the hospital’s Cardiac Catheterization Lab. Dr. José Montero of the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services says officials are working with the hospital to determine how the 14 were infected.
