In a federal courtroom in Boston today, Timothy Connors was the first of five people who lost loved ones to the James “Whitey’’ Bulger’s reign of terror to speak at the sentencing of Bulger’ girlfriend, Catherine Greig. “You are as much a criminal as Whitey, and you ought to be handled as such,’’ Connors said to Greig in US District Court in Boston. “You are a coldhearted criminal.”
