Three people were taken to hospitals Thursday night after police responded to a Jamaica Plain housing development for a report of a person shot, but it was not clear whether any of the injured were actually struck by gunfire, authorities said. Police at the scene in the Bromley Heath development said officers found the victims in the area of 940 Parker St. shortly after 11:15 p.m. Boston police Superintendent Kenneth Fong said the victims, whose ages and genders he did not know, had unspecified injuries and were taken to area hospitals. Their conditions could not immediately be determined.
