Obama supplies a birthday treat at UNH

Bob Noble isn’t sure how he’ll top future birthdays after he got special wishes from the president himself in New Hampshire. Noble, 73, and his wife, Betty, stopped for lunch at the University of New Hampshire Dairy Bar after listening to President Obama give a campaign speech at Oyster River High School on Monday. They were surprised to find the president there, in the mood for ice cream. Noble told Foster’s Daily Democrat that Obama shook hands with everyone. He called the president’s stop an ‘‘awesome visit.’’
