Boston Police said a car struck a home at 104 Milton Ave. in Dorchester Sunday afternoon, injuring several people inside the car, a Mercury Sable. Officer Nicole Grant, a Boston Police spokeswoman, said the call came in at 2:26 p.m.

Injuries were minor, Grant said, but she did know how many people were hurt. At least one person was taken to Brigham and Women’s Hospital with neck and back injuries, she said.

The city’s Inspectional Services Department was en route to the accident scene to examine the three-story structure.
