Two tractor-trailers and at least two personal vehicles have been involved in a crash on Interstate 495 in Marlborough this afternoon, State Police said.

The crash happened on the southbound side near Exit 25B. The right lane was closed.

State police were on the scene, the agency said in a statement at 1:21 p.m.

In a separate crash in Dedham this afternoon, State Police said, a tractor-trailer rolled over on Route 128 southbound near East Street shortly after 1 p.m. The right lane and breakdown lane were closed.

The truck was carrying asphalt, but it did not spill into the road. No one was injured.
