Three people were taken to the hospital this afternoon for treatment of minor injuries after a Silver Line bus crash in Roxbury, the MBTA said.
Boston police received a call at 1:18 p.m. for a motor vehicle accident. Witnesses said a car cut in front of Bus 1018 at Washington and Lenox streets. The bus swerved in an effort to avoid the car but instead collided with two parked cars, said Joshua Robin, a MBTA spokesman.
Two riders and the bus operator were injured.
The incident is still under investigation.
