Reports of widespread racial profiling at Logan International Airport — and news of a federal investigation into the practice — provoked concern and calls for change, but little surprise. The New York Times reported Sunday that the TSA is investigating complaints by 30 officers at Logan. Travelers at the airport said they always thought race played a role in security screening.
