In one of his more confrontational speeches this campaign season, Scott Brown accused his Democratic opponent Elizabeth Warren of seeking to impose $3.4 trillion in new taxes over the next decade. The remarks, delivered to the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, were billed as a major policy speech, but did not make any new policy pronouncements, instead reiterating themes that Brown has struck throughout his Senate race.
