A Saugus woman died Wednesday evening after she was found unresponsive in her pool, the Essex district attorney’s office said. Arlind Sarandopolis, 57, was found by her husband in the pool of their home on Lynn Fells Parkway, and he called police at 5:56 p.m, said Carrie Kimball Monahan, spokeswoman for Essex District Attorney Jonathan W.
