A Wareham man was arrested Sunday night for alleged drunken driving after his car went sideways for over 150 feet and struck two road signs at an intersection in Carver, police said. Jodin Gallo, 24, was charged with operating under the influence, marked lanes violation, and leaving the scene after property damage, police said. Officers found Gallo’s car in a Carver Square parking lot with heavy damage to one side. After investigating, police determined that it was the same vehicle involved in the accident. Gallo was not injured, police said. He will be arraigned on Tuesday in Wareham District Court.
